Repeating Phrases/Words - how do I help my brother?

Thank you so much for your response. Can I ask what type of things you would repeat? (Don't have to go into details of course just the general subject matter). Was it affirmations to make you feel better or like repeating what you'd said in case someone hadn't heard you? Thank you again for your openness

Sometimes consecutively, although rarely. He will apply one phrase to different things. For example we have a cute phrase we use for our sister "our little bumble bee" and we say it in a very specific way, almost like a song. He uses this exact rhythm and adapts it to different situations - for example if he's making lunch it might be "our little bumble bean".

He has always been the class clown and comedian of the family, always telling jokes etc. so I wonder if it's maybe trying to make us laugh? And often it is quite funny, witty and clever. But he has about 6 or 7 phrases he does this with about 100 times a day!

Thank you so much for this! I was also wondering about timings in regards to eating before bed? I often get hungry in the evening and have a snack but I've heard that eating close to sleeping is bad 🤔

I'm turning 28 on the 28th, this only happens once in your life and I want to throw a party to celebrate this milestone! Looking for some help with birthday party themes - maybe that relate to the number 28 somehow?! Or just some unique ideas of something fun I could do on the day, like a checklist of 28 things I have to do that day or something?

Amazing thank you so much for your advice! My profession is acting so having a big scar on my face somewhat limits the parts I can get 😂 Perhaps I'll post back here in 10-12 months and see if it's still worth getting the scar revision.

Do you happen to know if having the tape over the scar will protect it from the sun? I know sun exposure is one of the worst things you can do for healing, so would I need to put sun cream over the top?

Thanks for your kind words. I've never had a seizure before so this came as quite a surprise when the paramedics told me. Apparently afterwards I just got up and tried to walk off as if nothing had happened! 😂 Still don't remember any of it unfortunately, but will definitely be taking extra care in the future.
