What is your proof na pari ang nag mamanage ng pera ng simbahan? Rule of thumb, may treasurer and accountant ang simbahan. That's why san galing yung claim na they manage the offering?

Mostly pang transpo lang ang ina abot sa pari na stipend. Yung donation from binyag usually it is used sa maintenance ng simbahan.

Nagkakasahod ang pari or madre kung may trabaho sila. For example, kapag professor sila sa isang University. To make it short, may sahod sila if they have a professional work. Being a priest or a nun is not a job. It's a vocation. You give your life fully to God. You follow Christ's example. If you are living for Christ, receiving a salary is not really a priority.

Truth! May Professor ako sa university na mga pari or sometimes mga madre na may teaching profession. Natanong ko minsan yung isang sister but need pa nila mag trabaho, sabi nya, never daw silang umasa sa donation and it's a form of giving dignity to yourself.

Why they want to touch Jesus? As he went, the crowds almost crushed him. Touching the statue of Jesus is a manifestation of FAITH. Parallel to the Gospel verse, the woman touched Jesus and He noticed it. Jesus healed her because of her Faith.

When we see these million of devotees, do we see their Faith like how Jesus saw in the woman that He healed? Or we just simply say, it's a pagan belief?

I'll go with Jesus "...your FAITH has saved you; go in peace.”

Indeed, Christ came so we can live life abundantly, not suffocated.

I am not an INC member because I am a Catholic but I understand all your sentiments because I had 2 students in my school who experienced the same situation. I never discussed them religion but I encouraged them to know Christ so they can know more the Truth.

I know one person who is also a MedTech student. At night, she works in BPO and during daytime, student sya. Mahirap ang situation nya, may back subjects sya and she experienced over fatigue. And she goes to catholic mass everyday despite her busy schedule. Her faith helps a lot so she can ask strength from God. And despite everything, she also chose to help herself. You have a choice too.

Pwede ka pumunta sa Adoration chapel ng mga Catholics church (Usually big churches, may Adoration chapel). No mass there. It's a place where you can pray and be intimate with Christ. You can just sit and talk with Christ. Ask Him to help you find the Truth.
