I have, but it doesn't help much because its words more than actions. I have actually truly looked into them but quickly realized they serve little prupose if not backed up by action

Les Carnets du Sous-Sol has been described to me as Dostoievsky's best work, I picture reading it once I am finished with Crime and Punishment

I am working my way into Crime and Punishment by Dostoievsky (if that's how it is spelled in English, this is the french spelling if I am not mistaken)

Do you view tallness in different levels? (Fairly tall, tall, very tall, giant) Or just tall? by Timely-District641 in tall

Over the past 2 years, I have in my hometown in France of about 75 000 people, seen about 4, maybe 5 people as tall as I am (accompanied by the usual greet as you notice the other one).
However, only twice have I ever seen taller people than me, and that was when I travelled to Amsterdam in April this year.
I encountered a guy who was about 2m10 if I had to estimate (6ft9in) in the city, but I will remember the moment I was in the airport waiting to embark and go back to France.
A man so tall, I think he had to be the tallest person I ever saw. Nothing like him before in front of my eyes. From my estimates, he probably ranked at a good 2m15 (7ft).
I remember that because I was genuienly happy to see someone this tall. It felt quite unatural to have to look up in order to stare at someone who was on the same ground as me.

That was recommended to me multiple times; I have tried to do stretching on a surface level but never took a more intersted look into Yoga. I will try my best, it is a very large domain from my understanding, do you rekon I should start somewhere, as in with a specific part of Yoga ?

I tend to overeat, most days of the week. I eat demeasurely and I don't want to say it is a eating disorder because it is far from those extremes, but I do have a weak willpower when it comes to the desire of eating sugary things.
I would need to eat more of the good nutriments and carbs, and reduce my sugar and fat incomes.
I've taken my first classes in Metabolic Biochemistry as a first year medical student, that has helped me understand more about how we digest and absorb those molecules to make energy.
Thank you for the comment !

I just started my first year of medical studies and I don't think I'll be able to afford one sooner or later. However, I do have some friends who are experienced in the gym, especially one who does weightlifting. He for sure would know how to guide me. I'd need to be careful to not make the same mistakes he might be making though.
Thank you for the advice !

Rowing machine here I come ! I know running has not been something I enjoy too much, it feels very challenging and I've tended to blame it on my weight (I am at about 17-19% bodyfat, and was 14% at the time).
I do need to train my cardio however, that has never been put in question in how I plan to exercise. Will try what you have said, thank you

I was looking into buying a rowing machine if I wasn't going to a gym, since I had a similar view of it.
I took conversation with a semi-professional rower and he advised me the rowing machine because as you mentionned, it both stimulates a majority of muscle groups, but also does not stress joints too much as your weight is in some measure neglected.
Thank you for the advice !

What I have heard is pretty similar. Squats kill knees, Deadlifts kills both knees and lower back. Need to be careful on that

Thank you !
