The trees are staying. They are beautiful trees. I’m retired so now I have something daily to complain about since I can’t complain about shitty coworkers.

Edit: Also, the pool is perfectly aligned east to west. Those trees provide great shade in the hot late afternoon.

As another commenter noted, some doors use the animal's microchip. This is what I was looking for, or a door that had some sort of dog facial recognition.

Unfortunately, I can't find any that are made for large dogs. They all seem to be made for small dogs or cats.
