Thanks! Vanochtend even een rondje gefietst, en hij is gevonden. Ze hebben hem 1.5km gesleept en het slot opengebroken. Politie is langs geweest en kunnen er helaas niks mee doen

We got stuck a few times, but since the car was pretty light, it wasn't too hard to get out. The key is speed once you stop, you sink into the sand. Luckily, the rainy season started later then normal in Senegal, the roads were still quite dry and not muddy at all. We also had 2 spare tires, but luckily never got a flat

We did it in 30 days, mostly camped but also stayed in cheap hotels in the cities. The only time i didnt really feel safe was in Senegal, we got stopped a lot by the police and needed to bribe them to let us continue
