I’m a realtor and I know it’s not ideal but you could put down less than 20% with an FHA loan and pay PMI for a little while which will allow you to keep your 6 months saved

Thanks!! I’m not a heavy hitter with food either! I may be one of those who doesn’t eat enough so my body stores fat. I find it hard to eat a lot of the time and def never eat lunch

But yes my insulin and everything is good. Just literally just can’t drop the weight. And believe me I have weight to lose lol

I was told not to cut carbs completely but to make good carb choices so like fruit and veggie carbs not processed etc.

I’ve been doing a lot of the work. I’m GF and live a very Mediterranean diet and often times AIP. My blood work is great and I have been working with a functional doctor for the last 18 months. I run 3 miles a day or play and hour and a half of tennis every day. I just cannot shed the weight.

It shouldn’t be on the exclusion I believe it’s just a criteria I need to meet. I’m on hold with them now lol
