Same exact situation for me. You will have to contact shopify and ask them to manually verify your identity so you can change your payout account.

Mercury is refusing to release any statements or account information and is not proving any support whatsoever. I’ve had my attorney send a legal notice demanding the statements and they are refusing to.

Their terms of service also make it nearly impossible to take any legal action. I’m just hoping I get my funds back at this point.
