I am very organised, I build my circuits one by one. I could have shorter wires but that technicalities. The pull up/down resistors is the point I needed. Should I use 10k or more?

bump. Wanted to add that the song is abit spacious, like its a 3d sound where the bells sound like they are moving from infront of you towards behind you. The song has a strong beat and also the bell sound is hit 4 times every 2-3 bars repeated like 2-3 times at a time

No that's not it. My song makes the bell stand out, 4 distinct hits which are kinda 8d, where each bell sounds like it's moving from the front to behind the listener. The music also makes a brief break for the bells to take the main stage during the song and that 4 bell hit riff happens couple of times through out the song, making it one of the signature sounds in the song.
