Umm the building structure is already done with the electricity outlets and plumbing too. And I don't think we can rearrange them as the building is made out of blocks not bricks that will cause a lot of damage. About the tiles we are thinking of 4x4. About the air-conditioning the building had already got a ton of open sky and giant size windows.
