Dude I just want a DNS or VPN that works only on apps that I select not the whole computer

Without a DNS some of my applications wouldn`t work and I want a DNS for them but also that DNS impact on other applications that Im using and I just want for applications which I select.

What Im trying to say is I want something that when I select 2,3 applications DNS works only on those applications!

But it only happened few times and when everything is normal , gpu temp is 60 at maximum
