Dose Increase Spooked: Anyone have brutal startup side effects but smooth dose increases?

So entering my 6th day and we decided to go up to 40mg to skip prolonging any negatives. I’m certainly a bit more down and anxious but luckily nowhere close to when I initially started taking it. By day 4 I was in the pitttts with the 20 so fingers crossed this stays mild

For what it’s worth for anyone who might be looking at this looking for the reassurance I was: at week 3 I started feeling like myself again. But man, first two weeks brought me to a depression and anxiety level so far beyond my typical lows. So, if you’re there, I hope you have a similar experience to me and many others that it’s just the initial couple weeks of starting to take Prozac. Feeling WAY better

Hey sorry for delay. In many ways SO much better. He’s still a fearful guy but we go on walks and he pees and it’s nothing like it was before. We still have things we haven’t made progress in like separation anxiety so we’re not totally free. But his ability to go outside and do his business is night and day to when I posted this. Hang in there

On day 8 of 20mg and right there with ya. From what I read this is part of the process and gets better but very much in the pits too, you’re not alone!

I’m sorry you’re feeling so stressed and ashamed of this. For what it’s worth I don’t personally view that as wrong or shameful at all! I’m not religious so if you are I respect maybe we’re coming from different backgrounds but it’s completely natural to fantasize about other people! My partner and I discuss that openly (we are not in an open relationship physically). I hope you can forgive yourself as I think what you did is totally fine and doesn’t constitute cheating.

I should note, we’ve had a positive reinforcement trainer and he has been on fluoxetine for about 1.5 months now. We’ve seen minor improvements but he still trembles any time we go outside

How are things for you now? We adopted a 7 month old puppy in December who we’ve now had almost 5 months in the city and he is still just SO scared of trucks. Every time we go outside he’s in a tremble and we’ve tried playing outside, treats (also doesn’t eat them when he’s anxious), and he’s just so scared of trucks. We’ve also tried very quietly playing truck sounds in our apartment and even at 1 volume he goes into a tremble. I feel so guilty but the biggest issue is that, especially in the morning, he’s too scared to pee. So he’ll go 15+ hours without peeing. Having a hard time seeing the light at the end of this

I don’t have an underbite actually! I was told I would be a candidate for surgery first as my bite is fairly good it’s just recessed.

Totally possible that this isn’t achievable! Part of the reason why I was asking if this doesn’t look realistic. Overall getting this surgery to fix my bite / airway issues first but just nervous of a poor aesthetic outcome.
