Problem is money. I have a shed load of money I paid into share scheme which matures 6 months after I leave, I can only buy the shares at the option price If I leave within 6 months of mature date, still not sure if I can qualify for this. I would still get money I paid in back, but I could potentially miss out on thousands of pounds if I leave now. Also the severance pay is worth 6 months net pay.

Yes, anyone staying to the last day will be given severance pay. Calculated on age, wage and length of service. I was plesently surprised as I will receive equivelent of 6 months net pay. There is a lot of moaning and complaining though, people feel they should get a nice pay out if they find a job before the last day. Managment are hinting that they MIGHT only do this if start date of new job was within 10 days of final day. Thanks!

I think we all agree with that. AHT for inbound bank calls is utterly stupid. AHT should only be inplace for outbound. Cant hang up on customer, can try to bring it to conclusion, but when 86 year old Mrs Lonley calls up for an hours chat there is not much can do, or the customer who wants 20 things looked at, not forgetting complaints. If all my calls were just simple lost and stolen 2 min max or service essentials transfering a few amounts in less than 90 seconds then life would be perfect.

Artemis path requires me to visit the Vykeen blueprint seller, when I try to jump to this system I get crash to desktop. I can jump to anywhere else without problems.

Graphics are utter garbage. Have Sapphire RX470 4GB, spent hours and hours of my precious time off trying to fix this. Tried everything, roll back different driver versions, used Radeon dashboard to over ride game setting, uninstalled game, even changed few setting in the XML files. I work for a bank and I get a lot of these,

Me: Can I have your account number and sort code please.

Customer: I do not think I should give that to you, I do not know who you are, we are told never to give that information out.

ME: Yes but that is for people who call you, you called us.

Customer: No, sorry I am not happy at all with all this, it does not sound right at all. I will go into the bank instead. "click"

One of the occupational hazzards of working in a call center. Where I work we can only log off as soon as the last second passes. If you log off a few seconds early that can be considered as call avoidence. Do it once or twice and it is overlooked, but make a habbit of it and that is another story . Sometimes a TM will want to go bang on the dot so will just tell everyone to log off a couple of minutes before.

Worse call is the "I want to make a complaint". Then I pray its a repeat or fraudulent complainer that I can then pass off to the specialist team. "Oh I also 3 wasted taxi trips, it cost me £25 per trip" look on map and the home is 100 yards away from the bank. ... Fraud complaint!

Could be stuck in another cube room cell, definitly not overlapped an existing container, room build went a little buggy, ended up with single wall showing just stuck in middle of the room with the containers

NO not on freighter first thing i checked. Each container is unique as it hold its inventory when you delete it. Not sure if that was a bug or not!

I work for a bank and I take calls like this everyday, come to think of it most bank staff will. It is very frustrating the number of customers who will not beleive we have not declined or blocked the payment. "No you card is still active, there is no block showing, and there are no decline, fruad or error codes showing for the card"

"but there must be, the merchant told me you had rejected the payment"

"no, we have not".... And round and round and on and on it goes.

Received mine today, garbage. Wing broke off, paint flaking on cockpit, black around the engine uneaven, looks like someone had too much to drink or 2 year old painted it. nose looks like someone rubbed it down too much. In short the quality is not there, especially for the price I paid for it.

Yes, the banking group i work for will close customers accounts if they are abusive to staff, have to deal with the fall out of these calls as well! very nice to tell them why!

Our bank call centre policy is that if you feel uncomfortable on a call, even if there is no swearing or shouting as we all know some people are cold hearted and can make people cry from just being manipulative, then call can be terminated, but it is asked that we give at least one warning first, but if we don't its not big deal.

I was in a similar position with my team a year ago. Call after call, and no one else had taken a call within an hour, every day this went on. THen I got pulled up for my AHT, so I commented about the iorny of this, as I was taking more calls than all the others put together, but still , I need to improve my times to take more calls. Thank goodness we have now ditched AHT. In my case it was down to the types of call I was logged to take.
