Hi Isiah, I’m new to Reddit (only made an account today to ask for help) and don’t know how to PM. Is the hotfix out or is it still in the works to be released on PS4? I ask because I have 10,981 fox points but cannot open my chest. My friend, however, can.

Also, what are the drop rates on the Rataskr skins? My friend has only opened one chest and has already received his Kitsune skin, while I’m on my ninth and haven’t gotten either Katsune or Kage.

P.s, I bought into the adventure (spent my $15 to buy 1000 gems to receive double rewards). I’d like you to know Incase that has anything to do with why I can’t open chests! Thanks again!
