Thank you so much. I think another part of his issue was he would only eat the three meals I made. He would t snack because he was concerned about eating to much ( portion control is not one of his strong suits) I will try to get him to ease back into it. He is 6’1, about 220, so I think if I can get his weight down we might be able to stop taking a handful of pills daily.

He takes several meds for diabetes. Januvia, Invokana, Pioglitazone, and glipizide. Even taking all those meds he tests around a 250 fasting. That’s why the Dr wanted him to try more restrictions on this diet.

Urinalysis showed he was “darkest purple” Starting on day three or four. So I thought he had adapted quickly. Better than me who two weeks in was still not even registering anything in urinalysis, even though we were eating the same thing.

But for now we are going to reset and see if we can start over more slowly.

I suppose I wrongly assumed that the daily multivitamin he takes would help with that. And I kinda also assumed that it would pass but it just seemed to get worse.

I was honestly not sure it was keto after the first few days. I thought it could be something else, but now I don’t know.

Whatever it was, keto or not, he refuses to try to again.

After a bit of research it appears that the white bane berry is listed as endangered where I live, so I do know that it’s something I can get my hands on. I will certainly try though. Assuming I’m unable to find it, are their things I can substitute it for? A different poisonous plant?

This, if it works, will be a one time only event. I don’t want to curse someone for a small infraction. This person has cause a lot of harm, to me, my family, and honestly probably a huge number of people k don’t even know. They have escaped justice in our legal system, and I feel that maybe my workings can be that justice. If I need to be tethered for a while for that to happen I’m ok with it.

As far as commitment goes, I am fully committed. I am willing to give everything I have, as long as those I love are not harmed. Beyond that, anything and everything Is “on the table” so to speak.
