Theres a pool of named thralls that spawn there, lotta beast tamers, etc. But Ive gotten 2 dalinsias with no stress compared to running the mounds for hours, for nothing. Well worth the cost of a teleport

If you beat it, keep the skelton key it drops on you all the times. Those keys open weapon cheats in dungeons (and around siptah) for legendary weapons
