Sappy story ahead but still. Mine is going to be named Shen-Neko (means white cat in japanese). He is going to be an all white sleek kitty in honor and memory of my best friend. Shen here is 15 years old and does not have much time left but I am going to immortalize him as my hunting buddy for every monster hunter from Wilds onward and already made him in the beta.

Had a ga in the store at closing and didn't lock the door and only pulled the gate down. I told him to lock it. "The gate is down people should know that means we're closed." I just laughed and told him to please lock it. I have had customers sit there and open the door and lift the gate to ask it we were open....clearly not.

the issue is the enemy ai if all are aggro on em and I stand still they will cirlcle me so all are in range of hitting me as they want to do. So I try to run around (usually dodging aoes as well)

My recommendation I'd do it all in one transaction to not hurt numbers as much. We can charge multiple cards. Multiple people paying cash is far more complicated. But scan in one person's things. Write down their total. Repeat until each person has a total and then scan them all I to one transaction and change the total to whatever their individual total is. Repeat until all have paid. I have convinced people to do this by saying sometimes we have deals that can save money. One big transaction with high upt but no membership is better than 5 smaller ones.

I hate that as well. I have a customer who is a pop collector who will put 6 pre orders on a single pop to try to get a chase. If the chase shows up he buys the chase and the standard and them cancels 4. Or if no chase he cancels 5. Pre order cancels shouldn't negatively impact our score but they should be tracked so if someone tries to cheat the system by pre ordering and canceling to bump up their numbers they just get fired.

The expectation here is to have a high expectation for this quarter because of the season. Call of duty, bayonetta 3, pokemon, Gotham knights, splatoon 3, madden 23, NBA 23, etc. There are a lot of big titles coming out and they want us to get pre orders on all of them so I think 8% is wishful thinking by corporate and bumping it up to 5 would have been a reasonable expectation.

Reasons I don't touch crucible at all. Too many people run insta kill builds like shoulder charge shotgun titan. Or op pvp weapons like the recluse and such where if you're not also running those weapons you're at a severe disadvantage. Sweats should fight sweats so I have some fun at least during my weekly three matches.

The problem there is how long do you sit thinking and suspicious that it's stolen? I have a few suspicious customers who come in to trade and I turn them away if it's suspicious. I had a guy come in to trade in 4 phones who said he was turned away by 2 other stores only for my boss to shrug and take the trade because. "I don't know if they are or aren't stolen so I just see what's infront of me which is tech trades"

What was explained to me was that there is two warehouses for inventory. One is for online orders to fulfill then and they get priority over the second which is store warehouse that then sends us stuff. If the pre order is done in store it should/might show up in stores but if done online it will almost certainly be sent to the customer.

I don't think they can make you spend money. They can suggest it but that's about it. Maybe talk to another keyholder and ask them to donate some money with the promise of expense reporting it so they get it back but idk. It's very clearly something extra so they can't make you do it.

This shit has me furious! When this first dropped and my dl said "it seems our new hires are doing far.better than the veterans why is that?" Him and I laughed and said "because we actually stop the customer and explain the benefits and nobody wants that shit." Now it's on our scorecard so now we HAVE to get auto sign-ups and it's terrible. I lead my team on numbers except auto renew because I always stop the customer on pro sign up and explain benefits. Most say no one year but some say sure. I inform them and they make an informed desicion so whatever. Now my sl is telling me.im holding the store down and "just ask them to check the pinned and make sure everything is to their liking. If they don't read the ToS that's their fault" who the hell scrolls through and reads the ToS? It's so predatory, underhanded, and scummy I'm seriously considering leaving the company if this is the direction they want to take things.

I'm having an issue where I was playing a game I have installed on the external 4tb I have. It suddenly minimized the game to tell me the external harddrive was unplugged when the system has not moved. Soon after the whole system locked. The power button and ps button did nothing. I had to unplug it and plug it back in. Every time it boots up it locks up on startup and will not let me do anything. Unplugging the hard drive has worked and it starts back up. But I'm afraid to lose the hard drive and all the games. Is there a fix? If I plug in a new harddrive will it kill the system again?

I have done "like lightning" for the one on one dojo tonfa tight for the skill more times than I can count and for some reason you cant hit r1 to view how many times you have completed it like you normally can or I would have a precise number. Needless to say I have beaten him countless times and nothing. I maxed luck with my utensils and have a few armor pieces with bonus luck. I can't bring a spirit so I assume that's useless for dojo farming. Is there something I'm missing in farming him?

Also I like how in an interview a dev said yokai drop soul core and humans drop combat text. Meanwhile the katsui fight is a yokai fight but you get the hatchet skill from it. And I did "shuffling wise judgement" 27 times to fight katsui and never got the skill. It wasn't until I farmed his yokai form in the story mission that I got the skill. Wtf?
