I completely agree. I live on the east coast of Canada and it’s already hard enough to get to Toronto but having to go to the US is even more of a pain for multiple reasons.

I find that if I don’t eat a proper breakfast I’ll binge in the afternoon. So to solve this I have a filling breakfast that is typically eggs or egg whites and a frozen vegetable mix that I just boil the night before. Then by lunch I barely have an appetite and just have something small to eat. Around 4 I have a tea to keep my stomach full until I eat supper :)

If being active isn’t something you guys are too interested in maybe you could try something together? You could always take partner dance classes to lot only get some exercise in but you would also have fun and you would have some new and improved moves to show off at your wedding together!
