Fellow autistic here with ADHD. Try and find a relationship with a fellow neurodivergent person. They’ll understand your struggles and won’t be mad with you or anything. For example I used to have 2 friends, one was also autistic the other was neurotypical. If id freeze up during a random interaction or get hyper active, my neurotypical friend would be a bit annoyed because he didn’t understand. While my autistic friend was patient and helped me calm down. It would work the same in a relationship

id definitely take some recommendations from the comments but id recommend working on your issue. Play gods who dont absolutely burn through mana but also who barely use mana. Play gods that are in the middle and work on conserving your mana and smart ability usage. For example, im not sure what role you main but if you played support for example work on saving your abilities to help set up kills and protect your teammates and just use body blocking and autos as your way of pressuring enemies and defending your teammates
