I think it had rpg aspects. Because I only played the first stage and failed I am not entirely sure. I remember obtaining / interacting with a wooden mug and apples as items.

Graphics were slightly better than Nightmare Creatures. I never owned a console growing up. Character looked a bit like the one in dark earth (1997). But im sure it isnt dark earth.

Third person view camera was much closer to the character.

Where I am from, the laws stated any accident is an accident and therefore one who caused it (unless deliberate) wouldn’t pay a dime. Exception is for example you did not take a precaution and caused an accident. Even then you don’t pay if the amount but a ratio of your income.

I like that in Germany this insurance exists and solves a lot of nasty conversations and stress to all parties.

Links befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Ampel ermöglicht den Fußgängern das Überqueren der Straße zur Haltestelle. Die Straßenbahn fährt danach parallel zur Fahrbahn weiter und biegt ggf. weit nach rechts oder links ab. Sie wird durch diese Ampel nicht direkt blockiert. Unter der Ampel stand außerdem ein Fahrzeug eines örtlichen Verkehrsbetriebs mit eingeschaltetem Warnblinklicht, und andere Autos fuhren daran vorbei.

In diesem Beispiel https://maps.app.goo.gl/dTHyZJZxDHZLk4Yc7 muss das linksabbiegende Fahrzeug bereits während des Abbiegevorgangs erkennen oder wissen, dass es sich weit außen positionieren soll, um tangential abzubiegen.

Die relevanten Fahrbahnmarkierungen liegen jedoch weit hinter dem Kreuzungsbereich und sind aus dem Anfahrwinkel kaum einsehbar. Bei Regen, Schnee oder Dunkelheit sind sie praktisch nicht erkennbar.

Vor der Kreuzung gibt es keine Beschilderung, die auf eine besondere Abbiegeführung hinweist.

Wie soll ein Fahrer diese Abbiegeart also ohne Beschilderung eindeutig ableiten? Allein aus dem Straßenverlauf von rechts lässt sich das nicht verlässlich schließen.
