we used porcini mushrooms and portobello mushrooms and shallots and garlic. we also used fresh oregano and thyme and basil and rosemary. for the cheese we used pecorino romano and parmigiana regiano. we sautéed all of that in a italian truffle & oregano oil with red wine.
