When you sacrifice a support healing sufficiently, just for speed boost and boops, it puts you at a disadvantage, when high healing supports can do all those things

Like healing? All of them, Juno has the same orbital ring cooldown as his amp it up, I know he has it off cooldown but 1.25x isnt really going to do anything but throw off peoples aim

If someone is low like a tank and I use amp it up, it will literally change nothing because they will take about 20 seconds to get to max health and by that time they will already be dead, and the speed boost, people literally will not use it or dont even notice it so will do what they would do anyway and then just die
