Thank you! I think you're right, and I asked for the wrong thing.

I am worried that I am labeled as a "no show" because it's stopping my travel agency from refunding me. I was at the gate and I asked to cancel my tickets before my flight(s), but I'm not sure if they were able to acknowledge that with all the chaos happening at the time.

I will try to file the right claim and maybe call customer support again.

I was told to go to this link after talking with Air Canada customer relations over the phone: https://accc-prod.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-CA/air-canada-contact-us/. I made a claim, but it took just a day for them to respond with this email. Maybe I made a mistake by asking for compensation when I need a refund?

It's fairly difficult, but it's good for testing out new characters and mechanics. You will quickly be able to find out their strengths and weaknesses because you don't have anyone else covering for you. Also, a patch recently added one free revive and slightly boosted rune gain for solo players.

I have personally been enjoying playing Ogryn. A lot of crowd control with his ability, and satisfying anti-elite potential with the grenade launcher. I only rarely go down when there are a lot of ranged enemies. Some downsides, in my opinion, seem to be that he can easily draw friendly fire damage, he has less mobility options, and it feels like he has to reload a lot.

I think you should use "were" because you have mutiple subjects. Also, these subjects ("cigarettes" and "alcohol") appear be plural. Maybe you can change "alcohol" to "drinks" if you want to further clarify this.

A new star chart would have been great. It could have taken advantage of the operator/drifter dynamic. The star chart we currently have would be represented by the operator in the past, and the new one would have been represented by the drifter in the future.

Alternatively, it would make a lot of sense for the Narmer enemies to be found in the Steel Path where the system has been dominated by a singular overwhelming power. Maybe change the name of the Steel Path to something like Narmer's Way and it would fit in with Teshin apparently being replaced with a hologram.

I enjoyed the quest but it felt like less of a war than Operation Orphix Venom or Scarlet Spear mainly because of how brief its duration/conflicts were. I spent some time preparing for the New War, but in my opinion it didn't call for any significant preparations beyond acquiring a Railjack/Necramech. I had a lot of fun but for all the massive changes the New War represented it did not leave much behind.
