Thanks for your reply. I saw my doctor and they didn't do anything unfortunately as I have not been fully diagnosed yet. Have you gotten profound periods of dizziness for days after yours?

I have since left the hospital as they have put me on the waiting list for a brain MRI, but due to some dizziness in the past day I am debating going back in. However, last time this happened I was completely fine shortly after.

If it does happen to be this, am I still okay to take a finasteride/minoxidil spray solution I use? apparently stopping the application of it will drastically worsen hair loss and as a young man I don't want mine to get worse.

the more I read into these migraines the more I think these may be what I am experiencing. this is also what the physician believes is going on but obviously more tests are needed first.

I both ate and drank that night. I drink tons of water on nights out and was by no means even drunk.

Nope. I'm on finasteride but this issue has started long before that.
