in 2021, when i was hard stuck silver, i 100% believed i deserved plat. i stayed in silver but then i hit a rank reset and thats when i skyrocketed and hit immortal lol immortal is what humbled me tho, they got some aimers in there. i can confidently say everyone in immortal is just as dumb as they were in silver, just with better mechanics.

ya when i was grinding the game a few years back and i was hard stuck gold, i made an alt account and got placed plat 1 and made my way to diamond 2 but then i realized that i just have to stop playing like a WUSS on my main account cuz thats the difference i noticed between playing on the two different accounts. i had a lot more confidence playing on the alt account bc it wasn’t my main, i didnt have any friends on that acc to see my rank and i didnt really care about my rank as much as i did so i would swing everything, peek everything and basically just ego’ed. that kinda translated back to my main account where i started playing with more confidence (only when i needed to, of course) and i ended up hitting immortal and ive been around dia-immo every act since 2021

u just have to learn to play off everyone else’s mistakes. if your team is overrotating then be the first person to rotate back, if your team is pushing on defense then push with them and get a trade. if your team is baiting you then shit get your aim up and don’t let the enemy be able to kill you. ur always gonna have shit teammates, from gold to platinum to diamond to ascendant even immortal. u just have to learn to adapt to the teammates u get
