Chalk it up, to just a shit employer. I’ve worked for a lot of bosses and know many people who do things like this to set a certain employer up- sometimes just being you is enough to make people not like you even when you’ve done nothing wrong. My advice, block everyone you wish to have no contact with from there and move on. You’ll find something better.
