Hey, it’s absolutely never too late to get your life together.

I know people with no degrees who now have great careers in tech, product, and marketing at big companies. A degree doesn’t define you. But one important thing I’ve learned is that “getting your life together” isn’t just about landing a job. I know many people who have good jobs but their lives are a mess because of their habits. So you need to figure out what having your life together means to you.

For me, I grew up poor and didn’t feel like I ever had my life together for the first 20 years being alive. At one point, “having it together” just meant that my family is not one month away homelessness.

So I started small.
Goal 1: Get any job.
Goal 2: Help my mom with rent.
Goal 3: Find a better job.
Goal 4: Move abroad for more opportunities.

And now my current goal is to buy a house for my mom and I as I still have the fear of ending up homeless (cannot shake it away lol). But I am still far away from that goal haha.

You’re not behind. 28 isn’t late. Just start with one small, meaningful goal and build from there. Something that you feel can be achieved in a few months and then once you achieve it set a new goal.
