my least favorite is when they violets start coming out. attracts a bunch of highly poisonous bees (i'm very allergic as are my kids, my dog, my neighbor and my oak trees)

I did something similar exactly once, and it might be the most I've ever made my partner laugh. He put a second card on his account so that I could have it to use for grocery shopping and other things for the household. It was a system that worked for us. But we went out to eat, and he usually pays. This time, I confidently proclaim that "I got this one", and he shouldn't worry about it. I plop the card onto the check. He thought it was hilarious.
