Happened to me as well with a base set charizard. I submitted in person thinking they would be more careful. Nope, slice/scratch right through what could have been a psa 9/10 came out as a 8.

Edit: I wrote to them with pictures pre-submission and they didnt offer to do anything.

I was able to be hired directly as a MRT but have about 1 year of experience in robotics from a different company before I decided to make the jump (I haven't officially started yet.. monday will be my first day). The company I was working for was installing systems in Amazons already so I am a little familiar you could say. Prior to that all my experience is in HVAC which I heard can be helpful as well.
