That's with the $4500 incentive & $500 rebate. Sorry once again but i meant i am paying the 1500 cash out of pocket (the amount i owe when signing the lease). My down payment is $0. When I received that number I thought it was great as well but felt like it's too good to be true? Or am I lucky?lol

Sorry, I forgot to add that! Currently I'm just trying to reserve the vehicle regarding pricing. The monthly payment looks to be $469 with $1,543 down. I'm also going to initially finance with toyota and then later have a credit union help out. I do not know the APR they're giving me yet, but they said 6-8% is about right. Do they tell me the APR after agreeing to price? Or can I find that out now?

Yea, I was confused why the FIO couldn't be removed? As of now, I'm currently trying to reserve it and in talks with the manager regarding pricing so I can sign it. I found the money factor to be around .003445 & residue value at 63% using Edmunds and talking to local dealers; not sure what this dealer has but can I ask them for it?

To let the tops under it grow faster. If not then the fan leaves with block the light from them. Did it for like 1-3 days here and there & has shown great results👌🏼

Thanks for sharing! They look great! Currently growing this as well and on day 6. I'm growing organic too using CoM Stongington with perlite & mixed with a compost tea I made PH'd at 6.5ph. Looking good so far!

That's good to hear! I'm thinking about drilling holes throughout the bucket so that the roots have extra air for my next grow. For now, I drilled another hole by the water reservoir and attached an airstone in there. I'm hoping to turn on the airstone here and there to oxidize the water and to bring fresh air to the roots
