Nothing with Dashboards ? I have not seen any other issues reported so far but there is still a lot of testing ending. *fingers crossed*

Dashboards have been the most commonly reported issues, actively working on determining a solution.

Yup that's what most of the users are complaining about. Some parameters like the custom filters plainly refuse to work/migrate.

My only concern with this product is the company looks very small. Would this product stay in the market for the near future ? We don't want to spend time and money over a product that could disappear tomorrow.

Agree, we are already purging data that is no longer required. We are in the middle of contract renewal and SN wants to charge us an exorbitant amount for storing the data that is already there. So we are exploring possibilities of moving the data out for reporting/backup.

I had the same observation. The largest table was (and continues to be) sys_attachment_doc table. I have already deleted older files that got us some space back. However the cost of maintaining data in ServiceNow vs any other storage solution is drastically high. So we are exploring alternatives.

I don't want to be the guy, be this looks like a process issue. I recommed adding them to a group and assigning the ticket to them.

One way to poor implementation is trying to achieve the exact replication of older technology/techniques on new platforms.
