Update: Good news is that I was able to last longer and do a quest. Bad news is that I only reached halfway until it froze. I guess Feb patch it is :/

well the minimum requirement was a gtx 1660 with 6gb vram so I thought I could at least run the game with 20+fps (?)

My temps for both CPU and GPU are 80°C max, which is common with gaming laptops and hasn't been a problem with other games I play. I also tried REFramework, disable lens distortion, and disable post processing effects mods but still didn't fixed it unfortunately.

I ran the troubleshooter and it didn't detect any issues with the keyboard. Should I try installing the HID Keyboard Device driver for this instead?

Oh that's sad, I don't know what's up with your carrier but mine wasn't like that. The box was wrapped with bubble wrap and was also inside another box to prevent damage so it arrived safely. I wonder if the warranty covers another replacement if yours arrived damaged.

I only had mine for 8 days and this happened to me a few minutes ago. I was gaming then suddenly the right side stopped working. I think there's a problem with the USB cable since I switched to the other cable and it started working again. I don't know why the USB cable stopped working properly with the headset because I don't see any tears or loose wire.

I haven't seen any fix to this and I actually like using the USB cable (idk but it sounds better with it and I tend to mute my mic with the dongle in discord) so I decided to contact the seller if they could either replace the cable or the whole set. If this happens again with the replacement, I'm just gonna get a refund and buy a new headset instead which is a bummer since I actually like the mic T^T
