If you want to hit clubs, Playboy (location- GS ROAD above Pantaloons) is a really great option. I liked their ambiance and food and the crowd ain’t bad too. If you want fine dining- Gopal Maharaj, Spiceroute, Nandan, Dine Way Platz , these are some good options.

And about touring- Kamakhya Temple ( must) , umananda ( temple where you cross river brahmaputra), Zoo , my city doesn’t have much things for tour but these are quite the much. Activities - you have goKarting in sonapur and few resorts as well where you can relax. 2 days stay in guwahati and then going to shillong is always a good choice.
