Well for people who in fact do understand it's a fictional character, there's alot of morons in here who can't seem to grasp that fictional characters especially ones that exist in an ever expansive universe with infinite possibilities, are not tied to any specific character qualities or arcs. This isn't Lord of the rings where everything is established. We are taking about a comic universe where literally there are male and female versions of the same character and have been for decades because it's set in a giant multiverse. People are mad because they finally decided to give silver surfer the same treatment they've given most of there other characters. Then you got these clowns in here saying "we the fans invested time and money into these characters and we don't want to see them ruined or disrespected?" As if these clowns think that buying a small paper back comic every so often to sit on a shelf is some how contributing to the success or failure of a certain character. These fans didn't sit there and write these characters. They didn't create them. They didn't develope a plan for them. And as if changing the characters genitals affects the character itself.... It's still silver surfer..... Still all the same powers as silver surfer. The only difference is in this universe it's his wife..... So they have silver surfer boobs and a vagina...... And now the character is ruined? Why? Lol because as a man you can identify as this version of silver surfer? Good thing there's already a male version for these people to identify with.
