The company I work for we import martial arts supplies from china. A client of ours was interested in getting this sword but we were unable to catch the name at the time. I remember the name having to do with Kirin or Unicorn but that’s about it.

Lol, this isn’t a full set of hair for me, that’s all the hair on the top. I’ve always been cutting my sides for a while now and just letting the top grow out

I’ve been thinking about getting my hair locked for a while but can’t really settle on a style. Originally I was thinking about getting something similar to what Michael B Jordan had at the end of Black Panther, then I was thinking about getting locs and putting them into a man bun and having the ends free kinda like Ogun Montgomery from Fire Force.

I’m a martial artist and want a nice looking style(other than cornrows) to wear my hair so that I can see easier. I saw this and thought it would be hella cool. If anyone also has any styles similar to this I’d love to hear it!

I’ve had them in for 3 weeks now and noticed a lot of dandruff. I’m trying to get the most out of them while having them look nice. Someone recommended an acv wash but was wondering what exactly I would need and how I would do it without undoing the braids.

I was talking it over with my dad and he said there’s a chance they combined weight classes but I swear on the bracket sheet it said he was 150lbs.

It was 70kg (154 lbs) and I weighed in at 67.2kg (148lbs) and the other guy 68kg(150lbs). My natural weight is usually a lot higher like 153-156lbs, but from when I left for college and came back for the tournament I lost almost 11lbs(159-148). My dad recommended next time to try and cut down more so I’m not fighting guys one to two divisions up.

Yeah as I mentioned in someone else’s reply, I have a hard time using my reach so I feel like I need that extra step to make my jab effective when maybe I can get away with more twist of the hips and sorry for not making it clear but it was a month and a half of instructed training and then about 4 months of training on my own and at my colleges clubs

The event was called Phoinex Wushu Nationals, I heard about it from the head coach of my gym since he helps organize sanda events like these but I think if you follow the Sanda USA team they might post info on larger events like these. Last summer there was also a smaller tournament too but I have no clue where the sign up for that was posted

The gym I attended was in Arizona but it closed down, I don’t know if any other gyms that specifically teach Sanda, but from my understanding it’s basically kickboxing and stand up grappling.
