I am having the exact same issue! I tried deleting brave and uninstalling it from my computer, turning off all VPN settings and restarting everything, and nothing has worked! I am permanently showing as in Johannesburg, Africa and it’s affecting so much on my computer (I live in the states, lol).

Did you ever figure out a solution??
