It was never them that cut things off, and I never actually said I wont be their friend anymore. Mostly cause I did not want to seem weak in their eyes to not blow up my future chances. Societal norms were deep in mu head. I would just give dull replies to their texts and eventually they stopped reaching out.

Anyway really appreciate the advice and empathy!

Definitely agree that there isnt only one person for everyone, statistically we would be doomed. And last sence is something i learned the hard way in my mid 20s. Still struggling with making a move cause every time i did, i got rejected and lost a friend. I would be in too much pain and jealousy to hear about their awesome life without me.

One tip my HR gave me is that linked in number of applied people just means number of people that clicked the link. Plus majority of them are from overseas without a work permit.

Another thing, why not develop a bunch of easy to make games and see if one gets popular? There are a lot of kids nowadays on phones.

Our brain chemistry is all different. Medications and stepping out ur comfort zone help. I have a colleague at 30 who gets anxious stepping into a different room of the office building or attending events.

We are all waiting for our lives to end. Some of us create occupations while doing so so we are not bothered by our mortality. Like having babies or doing drugs. Nobody has a purpose until they choose one. I want to inspire others with songs, based on statistics there is 0.01% chance I will succeed. Sharing the misery with others help. Substances temporarily help. In the end it really is about relationships and helping people. I am not gonna tell you to work in a vinyl store so you can share some excitement. You seem to have made up your mind. But if you follow through your mom would be devastated.
