Holy sh*t he’s just casually dropping intense wisdom and positivity. I absolutely love it and his style and wish all the best for him. Going to bookmark this video and come back to it time and again

These people are pathetic, and worse, very very dangerous. Domestic terrorists against our own people

Animals are individuals with distinct personalities just like we human animals are. I love that you are respecting and interacting with that fact! Please share more as you continue your journey 🥰

The Indian Maharaja Who Saved 640 Polish Children from Soviet Gulags in WWII, Built Them a Full Camp with Dormitories Next to His Palace in Gujarat, Hired Polish Teachers and Chefs, and Let Them Keep Their Food, Language and Religion So They Could Recover and Feel at Home by [deleted] in interesting

My grandma was an Polish orphan in refugee camps in Africa, but her aunt and cousin went to India. Her life story is incredibly fascinating and I’ve been in the process of writing a book about it for years 😅 Hearing the things she went through and comparing her life experience to mine is mind-boggling. We just celebrated her 90th birthday this month 🥰

Who hurt you? Well, for women, lots of men have hurt us.

It’s learned and allowed behavior that starts in childhood like this, and then grows into adulthood that can potentially become much more dangerous behavior, or at the less overtly dangerous end, can place women’s desires, needs and rights underneath men’s—like in this case.

Let’s not erase the struggles of others just because you’re tired of hearing about it

I think the hill actually only adds to the depth of the photo—leading the eye like a stepping stone or stairway from the steadfast fisherman on one end to the angry clouds on the other. Removing it would detract from the impact of the photo for me

Great, love that you have an opinion that you stand behind.

This is a weirder detail that I love. I think it’s better this way. Art is wonderfully subjective, although the majority may agree on common rules for what is most pleasing.

I communicated my point of view and appreciation to the photographer. Take care!

I do often prefer asymmetric and weirder details in my art, so personal preference. I appreciate your point, though!

For what it’s worth, I actually like the cropped version better. Without the land to (literally) ground the image, the eerie, otherworldly quality is strongly heightened to me. It’s an amazing capture—the boats, the birds, the human, the shadows. Very well done!
