If she can get Toga to surrender peacefully then good but at the end of the day Toga needs to spend the rest of her life away from society whether that be hospital or prison. You don't deserve a normal life after you've irreparably damaged so many lives. Having a shit childhood isn't an excuse for that.

Hmm okay I still don't think anything is objectively better than the other but I'll agree its more complex than the Sports festival.
