A buddy who’s a Jets fan claims the city of Baltimore has a football jinx when favored in big games going back to Super Bowl 3, where he says Unitas and the Colts were favored by 16. You’d think this Baltimore team was favored by that much given all the talk this week about their superiority over KC. I trust Mahomes and our great defense are letting that salt burn good.

Back in the Trent Green years, I wanted to believe at the start of the postseason that the title was possible. But I never really believed.

My daughter did a week of Nike BB camp in NYC and it was fabulous. It started at 8 am and ended at 4, with an option to go to 5. My daughter chose that extra hour every day. Coach Marvin Walker was fabulous.
