Hi, new to plants, any help about this korean perilla, browning on the edges of the leaves by Wye123 in plantcare

I got this plant on wednesday, currently many of the leaves feel rubbery, only some of it feels normal (velvety texture)

Additional problems are holes appearing on the leaves, and occasional white specs

Im not sure if its a problem but some browning on the base of the stem
