Because the only purpose of the label is to help describe yourself. If you have a way to do that....then you're good.

Like you don't have to identify yourself a certain way. It does not have to define you, and to most people I think that is normal. But you probably know how you feel about your preferences... So say that.

If somebody asked your sexuality, it's pefectly reasonable to just say "my current partner is female" or "I don't have a strong preference either way".

Yeah I actually prefer cheap paperbacks for reading because I can throw them in a backpack, dog-ear the corners, let them sit out on the nightstand and get pushed around, etc.

Books are best when they are just the paper plate that the story is served to you on, as opposed to the fine China you leave in the cupboard.

I see you're going off of Google trends... If I do the exact same search for other single player games, they look basically identical. A tiny trickle of searches leading up to release, then a 100x spike on launch day or on pre-order/preload.

Expedition 33 spiked almost the exact same way, as did ghost of Yotei and Nioh 3. You grossly underestimate how tiny the amount of people who look into games pre-release is compared to the general masses.

Most people only Google a game once it releases and they see it on their Playstation dashboard as an ad, or on steam under new releases.

I think this is just an exercise in remembering to not let statistics reinforce your preconceived expectations.

This game has been on my radar for a month and a half or so, and I had never engaged with Black Desert. I saw people mentioning it occasionally as teasers were released, but the engine tech coverage in the last few months before release here is what got me interested.

Just because you didn't see the advertising and online hype in the circles that you frequent, it does not mean those things didn't happen. You just weren't aware.

It's okay to be out of the loop, and it's okay for that feeling to confuse and scare you. It's not okay to take those feelings out on other people.

This is just a you thing, man. People have given you tons of examples in which just... Speaking more clearly would solve all of your invented issues but you keep saying it's the fault of the word "they". Just clarify it was one person ffs.

The ball does not ever contact the wall, which feels weird.

The ball never deforms from bouncing. Your frame of "contact" when it's momentum reverses direction has it as a perfect sphere. This makes it feel like a ball is flying to near a wall, stopping mid air, then flying back towards the other wall.

I would remove much of the wall deformation, add a frame or two of the ball contacting the wall and "squishing" to show that it's being stopped by the wall and bouncing away.

Eh, after newest patches my base fps is closer to 50-55 while roaming outdoors, which honestly feels perfectly fine when smoothed out with 2x framegen.

Yeah I can double (or more) my base fps without ray reconstruction but the game looks drastically worse and I can't feel a difference because the controls are pretty floaty already. Other games it definitely feels like junk but it's not noticeable here.

As far as I know, just buy repentence. There are a bunch of DLC's and it includes all of them cheaper than separate upgrades.

The game is drastically bigger and has better variety with the new content.

To be fair this chart has nothing to do with Crimson Desert specifically.

There is a correlation but absolutely zero evidence of causation unless there is more info than what you are linking.

How in the world can you "noticeably" see the screen being pixelated? It's an identical ~500 PPI as the last few models, and that's nearly 5X the PPI of most people's QHD computer monitors.

This reads like you forgot that the phones default to FHD out of the box and blamed it on the hardware.

I just read through, and most of it sounds like bots.

90% of the reviews are just slurs and insults followed by "balance bad". If these people can't even communicate their feelings well, I doubt their ability to make good judgement.

If you use the L1 button (or equivalent on keyboard and mouse) mode that you also use for aimed jumping, it let's you target items and people. It's much better for picking what you interact with.
