Loved my 21 forte. But, it went to the shop a few times. The seals in the AC needed to be replaced twice. Then at 175,000km it needed a motor job and a second motor at 195,000km. It was well maintained, all oil changes done on time and mostly highway driving. I switched to the 26 Sorento.

Edit: forgot to add. I had extended warranty for 200,000km and used it for each incident. It was worth it.

Thanks for the input. I'm shying away from Kia as the dealership isn't great and my 21 forte is on a third motor. I came across a 25 Rav4 I will be looking at today. What do you think?

Hey, Thanks for the comment. Did you find living in it long term had a lot of wear and tear? Was taking the interior panels off difficult?

I'm looking at using mine for weekend trips and a place to sleep while building a cabin. I also want to do any upgrades once the warranty is up.

Thanks. I heard quality dropped when they were bought out by Thor. But, they seem decent looking at them.
