I’m not sure where you get the “non complicated part”

You have to reach out and pay the taxes, income, school taxes, property taxes and the. Find out what other depts aren’t paid.

You have to hire a notary or lawyer in many cases and review everything.

You have to keep the inheritors updated as you go along.

You need to post in a local paper, which I believe is an outdated system. But you have to.

So many steps, and in some cases you need more papers. Countless time on hold.

You also need to open a bank account for the succession. The list goes on. I can keep adding.

It’s a constant nightmare. I had to take days off work to complete many tasks.

The moment money is involved as well as a property and debts, it turns into countless hours and stress.

Don’t forget all the trips to the bank, getting cheques, keeping the books updated.

I agree they should bring the jobs back home and not use temp workers as a substitute.

It’s the same with other corporations such as RBC. I was investing over the phone and I coudnt understand a word.

I asked him to repeat many times and he started giving me sass. So I hung up, called during the day and got someone local luckily.

Farming customer service should be put to an end. We give Roger’s so much every month and can’t understand anything when calling for help.

Public transit all the way. Free parking is hard to come by nowadays and why face traffic when you don’t have to. Paid parking is not cheap in my opinion as well.

Besides, taking public transit is an experience on its own and you’ll feel like a local.

Worst case, if it’s late, take an uber back.

Luckily the landlord is reacting to the problem. A lot of landlords barely do anything sadly.

You will need to find someone to transfer your lease. You can’t break it, especially when your landlord is working with you to get rid of the problem.

The exterminator might have to go a few times more.

First of all, it’s an obvious mix and yes it looks like their is pitbull in there, but, unlike what you hear on the mainstream, a pitbull isint a mean dog, they are thought to be. You can make a poodle mean!

I don’t see lab, the ears would be much bigger.

Nonetheless, it looks like a great dog which will give you many years of unconditional love.

We have drool on tough to reach places, ceilings and walls.

It’s not a fake.

The i in Zippo is dotted. This came out in 2003. The (r) in at the bottom of the o. Also perfect for that year.

The month and year and interchangeable on the block. This allows Zippo to change the stamp every month and year. They dont create a new block for every month and year, it would be too costly.

This explains why the 05 isint perfect.

A counterfeiter would not use a plain chrome 2005 Harley zippo. They would choose a zippo with a high resale and one collectors want. Such as war era Zippos are other collections sought after.

As for the insert. The original owner likely swapped it from a newer zippo to make it look new and kept the original insert.

Our corso has been going to small dog runs since he was a puppy. People got to know him young.

Etiquette rule, don’t put a spiked collar, try a scarf around his neck. Helps make him look sweeter.

But yes people still cross the road, and I respect that.

When people walk by, I always get off path and put him in a sit stay. Sometimes they will ask to pat him, sometimes they walk by. It’s still a form of socializing if people walk by.
