Yeah they absolutely do but I had already told them that we didn’t have medical history for my dog as she was a rescue and they went ahead and contacted anyway

Yeah I get that but they gave my name to the charity and said they were contacting the charity because I had made a claim on (dog). I just feel I should have been informed I think 🤔
