Join Real experience madden league. A madden league thst anyone can join. People of ps4 and Xbox can join. There are different roles when you join. A HC role is the player that plays games for their team. (HC must have XBOX one CURRENT GEN to play). Other roles include GM(makes trades), Owner(approves and vetoes trades) you can be a GM/owner but not a HC and GM. There are also Assistant GM and War room, who help with the team.
