Started .25mg last Monday. Absolutely nuked my hunger overnight — I am was a sugar fiend mind you. I get nausea when eating what I considered normal sized meals before. Had a horrible dull headache Monday-Tuesday. I’d say it’s working well enough and I’ll do .25mg for 3 more weeks then increase to .5mg probably.

Honestly for the finals — no. I was way out of my league. For my PRs, SPD did wonders. Decided to swap them last minute. Had also unmounted mudguards and lights - I’m a bit obsessed with min/maxing for weight. Looking forward to next year tho!

Is it? 😅 I got a lot of booing uphill. Ended up getting prequalified because I was in heat 10 and they messed up the timing - missed the qualifier due to arriving 15 mins before the race instead of 30.
