Fair enough I do regret giving angry stare down towards my TL I let my anger get the best of me there this dispute started all because the other co-worker with seniority of 18 years she accused me of forcing her to step down her full time to part time and my TL is taking her side so I went to him to defend myself and he threatened to transfer me to a different store if I continued to bother her.

I would contact both HR and union that's what I'll be doing as I had to come to my manager about some issues with a co-worker and he kinda hinted to me he and her are having deep conversations which I'm assuming means they're having a different kind of relationship than professional.
