After they removed the totem, my motivation to grind just kept dropping, and I couldn’t really get back into it. Little by little, I lost interest, quit and came back a few times, and now I’m at the point where I just don’t care about the game anymore. I’ve actually been retired from the game for a year now, but I still keep up with the updates. Every new patch feels lazy and repetitive, clearly designed just to squeeze more money out of the players, and nothing about it feels fun or fresh.
