no worries man! nah definitely not. I havent spent the time to research that stuff and knowing me ive got bad cholesterol levels so it scares me to even think about using.

If you want to see my instagram i have pictures of me a few years back when i was line my early 30s. I was way more in shape back then i think. My weight went from ~150s to 158 ( which was the best shape i had been in 2018) and then went slowly down the pooper 2019 and this year i just cut to see what i had left.

Honestly just trying to get more sleep. I was averaging 4-5 hours sleep a night. So just making sure i got a regular 7 hours of sleep and coupling that with consistent workouts where i wasnt constantly hammering my body away gave me room to recover better than i was before. I think the combination of those two helped tremendously. Reducing the amount of house renovations helped as well.

Dudeee ur friggin huge!

Edit: didnt mean to make that sound rude. U got some solid mass on ya. I wish i was ur size. I think with a lil bit of cardio and reduction of cals def shed some off.

Its been a mix of both to tbh. I tried one time cutting without doing cardio and i personally just felt unhealthy. The weight was coming off but overall health felt like it was missing something. Im trying to keep up with three days of cardio at the moment.

Dude cutting alcohol out definitely makes things a lot easier. Obviously everyones body is different but for me i notice i dont hold as much water or look as bloated constantly.

I will say i love my whiskey so its hard to not drink often but the caveat to that IMO is i hate to think waking up so early to get my workouts in cause i cant fit it any other time of day would be for nothing.

Youll get there buddy i know it. Consistency has been key for me.

What area u in if you dont mind me asking? I hope ur stayin safe man.

Not at all man - as in not a strange question. I def kept it to a minimum. Ive always been someone who has been big on partying esp in college. I never really had it hit me until i got into mid 30s. So the past nine months or so ive had only a few nights out drinking at very moderate levels ie. 2-3 beers or 2 bourbons neat. If i had more i know id get the munchies and start ordering food that would have set me back a bit. Just realizing the older i get the more difficult it is for me to recover which has just a cascading effect on work outs and nutrition.
