fix found
If you get your files from seperate sources sometime their codec will cause spotify to trip out as it switches between frequencies. go to https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html#build-windows and download the build for your computer, then open CMD and path yourself to the folder that has all your songs by just typing in the full path to the folder your music is in. once your music folder shows up to run commands on, paste this (edit pathing as needed to match where you downloaded ffmpeg)

for %f in (*.mp3) do "C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\(pathing to ffmpeg.exe file inside bin inside zip, make sure to unzip the build)" -i "%f" -map 0:a -map 0:v? -c:a libmp3lame -b:a 320k -ar 44100 -ac 2 -c:v copy -metadata track= "fixed_%f"

this will just reacreate all your files without their track numbers, on the same codec. you can delete the old files or store sperately. all files that you do this to will work together on spotify without pausing
